January 2008 We've resolved the email issue on our end, but some email users continue to have difficulty sending email. There is a simple solution, but it requires a setting change.
If you're a TradeNet customer still having difficulty sending email via our server tradenet.net please call for tech support.

December 2007 We've been experiencing some email server woes of late. Please rest assured we're working on fixing the problem round the clock (literally). The software developer for our email server is located in New Zealand, so when we're sleeping he's up working on the problem, and vice versa.
We hope to have a resolution shortly.

July 2006 TradeNet completed it's move along with MacOutfitters to our new location on Easton Road. We've got a new Fiber Optic Internet connection running at roughly 10 times the bandwidth we had previously.

November 2005 A great webmail service that you can use to access your TradeNet email when you're away from your home computer, or to check the contents of your mailbox without actually downloading the mail:

www.mail2web.com

We continue to recommend this terrific service. One additional note. When you log in we advise that you always select the "Secure Login" option. This encrypts all the data you send and receive to Mail2Web.com including your email address, password and the contents of any email messages you send or receive while connected to their service.
