Here's the latest news from and about TradeNet!

August 2011 We recently replaced our email server. This will require some minor changes to your email settings.

Your User Name or Account ID was formatlly just the beginning of your TradeNet email address. For example if your email address was:

tony@tradenet.net

Your User Name or Account ID was just:

tony

Now User Name or Account ID must end with @tradenet.net. So for the example above the correct User Name or Account ID woudl be:

tony@tradenet.net

The other change is that the authentication method is now "Password" instead of "MD5".

Both of these settings need to be changed for incoming and outgoing mail settings, though some email software does not require you to set an authentication method. In this case you will not have to change the setting.

Everything else remains the same:

Incoming mail server: tradenet.net

Incoming POP port: 110

Outgoing mail server: tradenet.net

SMTP (sending mail) port: 587
